Tender kielbasa slices slow-cooked in a sweet, tangy, and spicy sauce for a flavorful and irresistible appetizer or snack that everyone will love.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb kielbasa, sliced into ½-inch pieces
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your slow cooker on low heat.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine BBQ sauce, honey, brown sugar, hot sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Add the sliced kielbasa to the slow cooker and pour the sauce over the top. Stir to coat the kielbasa evenly.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours, stirring halfway through the cooking time.
  5. Once done, taste the sauce and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve hot.

  • Note: For extra flavor, add a pinch of smoked paprika or cayenne for added heat.
