Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and rosemary in a bowl.
  3. Spread potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast for 35 minutes, turning once halfway.
  5. Adjust seasoning and serve hot.
