Soft and comforting skillet flatbread made with mashed potatoes and simple pantry ingredients.
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup mashed potatoes
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
- Mix flour and salt in a bowl, then add mashed potatoes and warm water.
- Stir until a soft dough forms.
- Divide dough into balls and flatten into rounds.
- Lightly oil the skillet and cook each flatbread for 2 to 3 minutes per side.
- Remove when golden and serve warm.
