  • Chicken or Vegetable Broth: 1/2 cup – Adjusts sauce consistency.
  • Olive Oil: 2 tablespoons – For sautéing aromatics and shrimp.
  • Salt and Black Pepper: To taste – Enhances flavors.
  • Fresh Cilantro (optional): For garnish and freshness.

Instructions

  1. Preheat Your Equipment: Roast poblano peppers over an open flame or under the broiler until charred. Steam in a bag for 10 minutes, then peel.
