Crunchy, herby, and packed with wholesome oats and seeds, these savory oat crackers are a perfect snack or party board addition. Easy to make and endlessly customizable.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons flaxseeds
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/3 cup water (as needed)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine oats, flour, chia seeds, flaxseeds, sesame seeds, salt, garlic powder, and oregano.
  3. Add olive oil and stir. Slowly add water until a firm dough forms.
  4. Place dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll out to about 1/8 inch thickness.
  5. Score into squares using a pizza cutter or sharp knife. Leave on the parchment.
  6. Transfer parchment with dough to baking sheet and bake for 25–30 minutes, or until golden and crisp.
  7. Cool completely on a rack before serving or storing.
