A vibrant and refreshing homemade pomegranate apple juice made with fresh arils, crisp apples, and a splash of lemon. Naturally sweet, beautifully colored, and ready in just 10 minutes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup pomegranate arils (from about 1 large pomegranate)
  • 2 medium red apples, about 2 cups chopped
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Wash the apples thoroughly, core them, and chop into small pieces. Remove the arils from the pomegranate.
  2. Add the pomegranate arils, chopped apples, cold water, fresh lemon juice, and honey into a blender.
  3. Blend on high speed for 1 to 2 minutes until the mixture is completely smooth.
  4. If you prefer a smoother juice, strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a bowl, pressing gently to extract all the liquid.
  5. Fill serving glasses with ice cubes.
  6. Pour the fresh juice over the ice and serve immediately while chilled.

Notes

  • Chill the fruits beforehand for a naturally cold juice without watering it down.
  • Adjust sweetness gradually depending on the natural sweetness of your apples.
  • Shake or stir before serving if stored, as natural separation may occur.
