A refreshing homemade plum apple juice bursting with natural sweetness, vibrant color, and a bright citrus touch. Perfect for breakfast, brunch, or a healthy afternoon drink.

Ingredients

  • 4 medium ripe plums, about 500 grams, pitted and chopped
  • 2 medium red apples, about 300 grams, cored and chopped
  • 1 cup cold water, 240 milliliters
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice, 15 milliliters

Instructions

  1. Wash, pit, and chop the plums.
  2. Core and chop the red apples.
  3. Add the plums, apples, cold water, and fresh lemon juice into a blender.
  4. Blend on high speed for 1 to 2 minutes until completely smooth.
  5. Strain through a fine mesh sieve if a smoother texture is desired.
  6. Pour into glasses and serve immediately, optionally over ice.

Notes

  • Use fully ripe fruit for the best natural sweetness and deeper color.
  • Chill the fruit before blending for a more refreshing result.
  • Shake or stir before serving if natural separation occurs.
