A refreshing and naturally sweet pear ginger juice that blends ripe pears with fresh ginger and lemon for a smooth, lightly spicy drink that feels both energizing and soothing.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 medium ripe pears, about 450 grams, peeled, cored, and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger, about 10 grams
  • 1 cup cold water, 240 milliliters
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice, 15 milliliters
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Make sure your blender is clean and ready to use.
  2. Add the chopped pears, freshly grated ginger, cold water, and lemon juice into the blender.
  3. Blend on high speed for 1 to 2 minutes until the mixture is completely smooth.
  4. If you prefer a smoother texture, strain the juice through a fine mesh strainer into a bowl.
  5. Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the juice over the ice.
  6. Serve immediately while fresh and chilled.

Notes

  • Start with a smaller amount of ginger if you prefer a milder flavor, then adjust to taste.
  • Use fully ripe pears for the best natural sweetness.
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days and shake well before serving.
  • Freeze leftovers in ice cube trays to use later in smoothies.
