Ingredients

  • 2 large ripe bananas (frozen)
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup milk of choice (dairy, almond, oat)
  • 1/2 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Add bananas, peanut butter, milk, yogurt, honey (if using), and vanilla to your blender.
  2. Add ice cubes last.
  3. Blend on high for 45–60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
