A creamy and refreshing orange date smoothie made with fresh oranges, Medjool dates, milk, and Greek yogurt. Naturally sweet, bright, and ready in just 5 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 2 large oranges, peeled and seeds removed
  • 4 large Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 cup whole milk or almond milk
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Add the milk and pitted dates into a blender and blend until the dates are fully broken down.
  2. Peel the oranges completely, removing as much white pith as possible.
  3. Add the peeled oranges, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and ice cubes into the blender.
  4. Blend on high speed for 45 to 60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed by adding another date and blending again.
  6. Pour into glasses and serve immediately while cold.

Notes

  • Soak dates in warm water for 5 minutes if they are firm to ensure smooth blending.
  • Use chilled oranges for an extra refreshing drink.
  • Adjust the amount of ice to control thickness.
