Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 small cucumber, sliced into rounds
  • 1 medium carrot, cut into thin sticks
  • 1/2 cup cheese cubes (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 10 small whole grain crackers
  • 1/2 cup grapes
  • 1/4 cup hummus or yogurt dip

Instructions

  1. Wash and thoroughly dry the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, grapes, and carrot.
  2. Slice the cucumber into even rounds and cut the carrot into thin sticks.
  3. If needed, cube the cheese into bite sized pieces.
  4. Place each ingredient into its own separate compartment in the bento box.
  5. Spoon the hummus or yogurt dip into a small sealed container and place it inside the box.
  6. Arrange ingredients neatly to balance colors and textures.
  7. Close the lid and refrigerate until ready to serve or enjoy immediately.
