  • 1 ½ cups Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ cup Maple Syrup
  • ½ cup Unsalted Butter, melted
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ¼ cup Milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together oats, flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine maple syrup, melted butter, eggs, vanilla, and milk until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry and stir until just combined.
  5. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  7. Cool for 10 minutes, then lift out and cool completely before slicing into squares.
  8. Serve warm or store for later enjoyment.
