A smooth and refreshing homemade mango milk made with ripe mangoes and cold milk, blended into a creamy drink that is naturally sweet, comforting, and perfect for warm days.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups ripe mango flesh, peeled and chopped
  • 2 cups cold whole milk
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons honey or sugar (optional)
  • 4 to 6 ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Make sure the blender is clean and ready to use.
  2. Add the ripe mango flesh, cold milk, optional honey or sugar, and ice cubes into the blender.
  3. Secure the blender lid tightly.
  4. Blend on high speed until the mixture becomes completely smooth and creamy.
  5. Taste the mango milk and adjust sweetness if needed, then blend again briefly.
  6. Pour into serving glasses and enjoy immediately while cold.

  • Use fully ripe mangoes for the best flavor and natural sweetness.
