A bright and refreshing mango lime sparkling cooler made with fresh mango puree, lime juice, honey, and chilled sparkling water. Lightly sweet, perfectly tangy, and naturally vibrant, this tropical drink is ready in just 10 minutes and perfect for warm days.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh mango chunks, peeled and diced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cups sparkling water, chilled
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 4 to 6 fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Chill glasses and sparkling water in advance for best results.
  2. Add fresh mango chunks, fresh lime juice, and honey to a blender.
  3. Blend until completely smooth. If desired, strain the puree through a fine mesh strainer into a pitcher.
  4. Fill tall glasses with ice cubes and pour the mango mixture halfway up each glass.
  5. Slowly top each glass with chilled sparkling water and gently stir to combine without losing too much fizz.
  6. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
  7. Serve immediately while cold and bubbly.

  • Use fully ripe mangoes for the best natural sweetness and smooth texture.
  • Add sparkling water just before serving to maintain carbonation.
  • You can prepare the mango base up to 24 hours in advance and refrigerate.
