A creamy, refreshing mango lassi smoothie made with ripe mango, yogurt, and a hint of cardamom. This quick 5-minute drink is naturally sweet, perfectly chilled, and wonderfully smooth, making it ideal for breakfast, snack time, or a light dessert.

  • 1 ½ cups ripe mango chunks, fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup plain whole milk yogurt
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons honey
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground cardamom
  • ½ cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Add the mango chunks, yogurt, milk, honey, ground cardamom, and ice cubes into a blender.
  2. Secure the lid and pulse a few times to break down the mango pieces.
  3. Blend on high speed for 30 to 45 seconds until completely smooth and creamy.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed, blending briefly again if adding more honey.
  5. Pour into chilled glasses and serve immediately.
