A refreshing floral iced drink made with sweet lychee, delicate rose syrup, and fresh lemon juice, served chilled over ice for a light and elegant beverage.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup canned lychee fruits
  • 1/2 cup lychee syrup (from the can)
  • 3 tablespoons rose syrup
  • 2 cups cold water
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 cups ice cubes
  • 1 teaspoon dried rose petals (optional)

Instructions

  1. Chill serving glasses in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes.
  2. In a pitcher, add 1 cup lychee fruits and lightly crush a few pieces to release juice.
  3. Pour in 1/2 cup lychee syrup, 3 tablespoons rose syrup, 2 cups cold water, and 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice.
  4. Stir well until the rose syrup is fully dissolved and evenly mixed.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  6. Fill chilled glasses with 1 1/2 cups ice cubes.
  7. Pour the drink over the ice and garnish with dried rose petals if desired.
  8. Serve immediately while cold and refreshing.

Notes

  • Use high quality rose syrup for the best floral flavor.
  • Add ice just before serving to prevent dilution.
  • For a sparkling version, replace part of the water with sparkling water.
