A refreshing and creamy kiwi apple smoothie made with ripe fruit, yogurt, and a touch of honey. Naturally sweet, slightly tangy, and perfectly chilled, this quick blend is ideal for breakfast or a healthy snack.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe kiwis, peeled and chopped
  • 1 medium sweet apple, cored and chopped
  • 1 small ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk, dairy or plant based
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Add the milk and Greek yogurt to the blender first.
  2. Add the chopped kiwis, chopped apple, banana, honey, and ice cubes.
  3. Secure the lid tightly and blend on high for 30 to 60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed, then blend briefly again.
  5. Pour into glasses and serve immediately while chilled.

Notes

  • Use ripe fruit for the best natural sweetness.
  • For a thinner smoothie, add a little more milk and blend again.
  • Freeze the banana beforehand for an extra thick and cold texture.
  • You can skip the honey if the fruit is naturally sweet enough.
