A refreshing and soothing iced lemon ginger honey drink made with fresh lemon juice, thinly sliced ginger, and natural honey. Light, cooling, and perfectly balanced in just 10 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 2 large fresh lemons, juiced (plus a few thin slices for serving)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, thinly sliced
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons honey
  • 3 cups cold water
  • 1 to 2 cups ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Chill serving glasses in the refrigerator.
  2. In a pitcher, combine freshly squeezed lemon juice and honey. Stir well until the honey dissolves.
  3. Add thinly sliced ginger to the pitcher.
  4. Pour in cold water and stir to combine.
  5. Let the mixture sit for 5 to 10 minutes to allow the ginger to infuse.
  6. Fill chilled glasses with ice cubes and add a few lemon slices.
  7. Pour the infused drink over ice and serve immediately.
