A smooth and refreshing iced coconut coffee latte made with bold chilled coffee, creamy coconut milk, natural sweetener, and ice. Perfect for warm mornings or an afternoon pick-me-up with a subtle tropical twist.

  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee, chilled
  • 1/2 cup full fat coconut milk, well shaken
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons maple syrup or honey, adjust to taste
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Brew 1 cup of strong coffee using your preferred method and allow it to cool completely in the refrigerator.
  2. In a small cup, stir together the chilled coffee, maple syrup or honey, and vanilla extract until fully dissolved.
  3. Fill a tall glass with 1 cup of ice cubes.
  4. Pour the sweetened coffee over the ice, then slowly add 1/2 cup of well shaken coconut milk.
  5. Gently stir to combine, allowing the coconut milk to blend smoothly with the coffee.
  6. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  7. Serve immediately while cold and refreshing.
