Tender baked chicken coated in a sweet and tangy honey mustard sauce, simple and comforting.

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs (800 g)
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C.
  2. Whisk honey, mustard, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and thyme.
  3. Grease a baking dish lightly.
  4. Arrange chicken and pour sauce over it.
  5. Bake for 35 minutes until cooked through.
  6. Rest briefly before serving.
