  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, finely chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 cup chopped nuts (almonds or walnuts)
  • 0.5 cup grated hard cheese

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, parsley, chives, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  2. Line a plate with parchment paper.
  3. Scoop small portions of the cheese mixture and roll into bite-sized balls.
  4. Roll each ball in chopped nuts or grated hard cheese until fully coated.
  5. Place the coated bites on the parchment-lined plate.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
