"Healthy" Banana Pudding

A creamy and naturally sweet banana pudding made with ripe bananas, Greek yogurt, and a touch of honey. This lighter twist on a classic dessert is smooth, satisfying, and perfect for a wholesome treat.

Ingredients

  • 2 medium ripe bananas
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 to 4 tablespoons milk
  • 1 medium banana, sliced (for layering)

Instructions

  1. Add 2 medium ripe bananas, Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and 2 tablespoons of milk into a blender.
  2. Blend on high speed until completely smooth and creamy.
  3. If the mixture is too thick, add 1 to 2 more tablespoons of milk and blend again until desired consistency is reached.
  4. Pour a layer of the pudding mixture into serving jars or glasses.
  5. Add sliced banana rounds between layers.
  6. Repeat layering if desired.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the pudding to thicken.
  8. Serve chilled and enjoy.

Notes

  • Use very ripe bananas for maximum natural sweetness.
  • Add fresh banana slices just before serving to prevent browning.
  • Chill longer for a thicker texture.
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
