Grilled Shrimp Caesar Wraps are a fresh and flavorful handheld meal featuring juicy, smoky grilled shrimp tossed in creamy Caesar dressing, paired with crisp romaine lettuce, Parmesan cheese, and wrapped in a soft tortilla for the perfect quick lunch or light dinner.

Ingredients


  • For the Shrimp

    • Large shrimp, peeled and deveined
    • Olive oil
    • Garlic powder
    • Smoked paprika
    • Salt
    • Black pepper
    • Lemon juice

    For the Wraps

    • Large flour tortillas or wraps
    • Romaine lettuce, chopped
    • Caesar dressing
    • Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
    • Croutons (optional, for crunch)

Instructions

    1. Prep the Shrimp
      Place the shrimp in a mixing bowl. Add olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and a splash of lemon juice. Toss until evenly coated.
    2. Grill the Shrimp
      Heat a grill pan or outdoor grill over medium-high heat. Cook the shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side, or until opaque and slightly charred. Remove from heat.
    3. Prepare the Wrap Base
      Warm the tortillas slightly to make them pliable. Lay them flat on a clean surface.
    4. Assemble the Wraps
      Add a generous layer of romaine lettuce to each tortilla. Drizzle with Caesar dressing, sprinkle Parmesan cheese, and scatter a few croutons if desired.
    5. Add the Shrimp
      Place the grilled shrimp on top of the lettuce mixture.
    6. Wrap and Serve
      Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly. Slice in half if serving immediately, or wrap in parchment for on-the-go meals.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate shrimp in the seasoning mixture for 20 minutes before grilling.
  • Use whole wheat tortillas for a healthier option.
  • Add croutons inside the wrap for extra crunch.
