Grilled Lemon Salmon Skewers are a fresh, zesty, and smoky dish featuring tender salmon cubes infused with lemon, garlic, and dill, grilled to perfection for a light and flavorful meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ pounds salmon fillets, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 large lemons (1 juiced, 1 thinly sliced)
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat Your Equipment: Heat your grill or grill pan to medium-high.
  2. Combine Ingredients: In a bowl, whisk olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, dill, salt, and pepper. Toss salmon cubes until well coated.
  3. Prepare Your Cooking Vessel: If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Assemble the Dish: Thread salmon cubes and lemon slices alternately onto skewers.
  5. Cook to Perfection: Grill skewers for 2–3 minutes per side until salmon is opaque and lightly charred.
  6. Finishing Touches: Squeeze extra lemon juice over the skewers before serving.
  7. Serve and Enjoy: Garnish with fresh dill and arrange on a platter.

Notes

  • Use skinless salmon for easier cubing and grilling.
  • Don’t over-marinate; 20–30 minutes is enough.
  • Add vegetables like bell peppers or zucchini for variety.
