A refreshing and naturally sweet drink made with green grapes, fresh mint, and a splash of lemon. This grape mint juice is the perfect thirst-quencher for warm days and a great way to use up leftover grapes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups green grapes (seedless, chilled)
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons sugar or honey (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Ice cubes (for serving)
  • Pinch of black salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place the green grapes, mint leaves, cold water, lemon juice, and optional sweetener into a blender.
  2. Blend until completely smooth.
  3. Set a fine strainer or cheesecloth over a pitcher and pour the juice mixture through it to remove pulp.
  4. Press with a spoon to extract all the liquid.
  5. Stir in black salt if using, and taste to adjust sweetness or tang.
  6. Serve in glasses filled with ice cubes and garnish with mint leaves or lemon slices.

Notes

  • Use seedless grapes for best results and smoother juice.
  • Chilling the ingredients before blending enhances the refreshing quality.
  • Black salt or a pinch of chaat masala adds a savory twist if desired.
