  • Pasta: 300 grams (about 10 oz) short pasta like penne or rotini
  • Garlic: 4 cloves minced
  • Unsalted Butter: 4 tablespoons
  • Marinara Sauce: 2 cups
  • Mozzarella Cheese: 1 1/2 cups shredded
  • Parmesan Cheese: 1/4 cup grated
  • Italian Seasoning: 1 teaspoon
  • Crushed Red Pepper Flakes: 1/2 teaspoon (optional)
  • Salt: 1 teaspoon
  • Black Pepper: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Fresh Basil: A few leaves chopped (optional)
