  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 cup strawberries, diced
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, stir together Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in diced strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries.
  4. Scoop small spoonfuls of the mixture onto the lined baking sheet, spacing them slightly apart.
  5. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for 2 to 3 hours until the clusters are fully firm.
  6. Transfer frozen clusters to an airtight container for storage.
