Creamy, refreshing frozen yogurt bites made with Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla, and fresh berries. These easy freezer treats are naturally sweet, perfectly portioned, and ideal for a light snack or healthy dessert.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups full fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. Line a standard 12 cup muffin tin with paper or silicone liners and clear space in your freezer.
  2. In a mixing bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth and fully combined.
  3. Spoon the yogurt mixture evenly into each lined muffin cup, filling them about three quarters full.
  4. Gently press raspberries and blueberries into the top of each portion so they are slightly embedded.
  5. Place the muffin tin in the freezer and freeze for at least 3 hours, or until fully firm.
  6. Remove from the freezer and let sit at room temperature for 2 to 3 minutes for the best creamy texture before serving.

Notes

  • Use full fat Greek yogurt for the creamiest texture.
  • Pat berries dry before adding to prevent ice crystals.
  • Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
