Fried S’mores Bombs

Fried S’mores Bombs are a fun, indulgent treat featuring gooey marshmallow centers, rich melted chocolate, and a crispy golden coating that tastes just like campfire s’mores in every bite — no fire pit required.

Ingredients

    • Large marshmallows
    • Chocolate squares or chips
    • Graham cracker crumbs
    • Biscuit or crescent roll dough
    • Oil for frying
    • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

    1. Prepare the filling – Press a chocolate square into the center of each marshmallow. Roll the marshmallow in graham cracker crumbs until coated.
    2. Wrap the dough – Flatten a piece of biscuit or crescent roll dough and wrap it completely around the marshmallow, sealing all seams well.
    3. Heat the oil – Pour oil into a deep fryer or heavy-bottomed pot and heat to medium-high.
    4. Fry the bombs – Carefully place the wrapped marshmallows into the hot oil, a few at a time. Fry until golden brown on all sides.
    5. Drain and dust – Remove from the oil and place on paper towels to drain excess grease. While still warm, dust generously with powdered sugar.
    6. Serve immediately – Enjoy while the center is hot and gooey for the ultimate experience.

Notes

  • Seal the dough tightly to prevent the filling from leaking during frying.
  • Serve immediately for the ultimate gooey center.
  • Try adding peanut butter with the chocolate for a twist.
  • If you prefer baking, bake at 375°F (190°C) for 12–14 minutes instead.
