-
- Prepare the filling – Press a chocolate square into the center of each marshmallow. Roll the marshmallow in graham cracker crumbs until coated.
- Wrap the dough – Flatten a piece of biscuit or crescent roll dough and wrap it completely around the marshmallow, sealing all seams well.
- Heat the oil – Pour oil into a deep fryer or heavy-bottomed pot and heat to medium-high.
- Fry the bombs – Carefully place the wrapped marshmallows into the hot oil, a few at a time. Fry until golden brown on all sides.
- Drain and dust – Remove from the oil and place on paper towels to drain excess grease. While still warm, dust generously with powdered sugar.
- Serve immediately – Enjoy while the center is hot and gooey for the ultimate experience.
Notes
- Seal the dough tightly to prevent the filling from leaking during frying.
- Serve immediately for the ultimate gooey center.
- Try adding peanut butter with the chocolate for a twist.
- If you prefer baking, bake at 375°F (190°C) for 12–14 minutes instead.
