A refreshing, vibrant bowl of fresh fruit salad made with strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, grapes, raspberries, and apples, lightly tossed with citrus juice and optional honey. Perfect for a healthy snack or a colorful side dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup red grapes, halved
  • 2 green kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • 1 apple, diced
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash and prepare all fruits as listed.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine strawberries, blueberries, grapes, kiwi, apple, and raspberries.
  3. Drizzle orange juice and honey (if using) over the fruit.
  4. Gently toss to combine, being careful not to break the softer fruits.
  5. Chill for 10 to 15 minutes before serving for best flavor.
  6. Serve fresh and enjoy!

Notes

  • Use ripe but firm fruit to prevent mushiness.
  • Add citrus juice just before serving to keep fruits from browning.
