  • Active Dry Yeast: 2 1/4 teaspoons
  • Whole Milk: 3/4 cup, warm
  • Large Eggs: 4
  • Unsalted Butter: 1/2 cup, softened
  • Salt: 1 teaspoon
  • Vegetable Oil: For frying
  • Dark Chocolate: 6 ounces, chopped
  • Heavy Cream: 3/4 cup
  • Powdered Sugar: For dusting (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Your Equipment: Get your stand mixer and mixing tools ready.
  2. Combine Ingredients: Mix warm milk and yeast. Add eggs, sugar, flour, and salt. Knead and incorporate butter until dough is smooth.
