  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine oil, ranch seasoning, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper.
  3. Add Cheez-Its to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.
  4. Spread coated crackers in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 30–35 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until golden and crisp.
  6. Cool completely before serving or storing.
