A quick and fluffy egg mug bake packed with tender chicken and melted cheddar cheese, ready in just minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cooked chicken, diced
  • 1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Ensure mug is microwave safe and dry.
  2. Crack eggs into mug and add milk, salt, and pepper. Beat well.
  3. Stir in diced cooked chicken and shredded cheddar cheese.
  4. Lightly grease mug if desired.
  5. Microwave on high for 1 minute, stir gently, then continue cooking in 30 second intervals for 1 to 2 more minutes until set.
  6. Let rest for 1 minute.
  7. Serve warm.
