Elegant layered dessert cups made with silky chocolate cream, fresh strawberries, and crunchy chocolate biscuit crumbs, inspired by luxurious Dubai style sweets.

Ingredients

  • 200 grams dark chocolate, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream, cold
  • 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup chocolate biscuit crumbs

Instructions

  1. Chill a mixing bowl in the refrigerator for a few minutes to help the cream whip properly.
  2. Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl and allow it to cool slightly.
  3. In the chilled bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  4. Gently fold half of the whipped cream into the melted chocolate until smooth and mousse-like.
  5. Arrange clear serving glasses on your workspace.
  6. Add a layer of chocolate biscuit crumbs at the bottom of each glass.
  7. Spoon a layer of chocolate cream over the crumbs.
  8. Add a layer of sliced strawberries.
  9. Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled, finishing with strawberries on top.
  10. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the layers to set.

Notes

  • Do not overwhip the cream, it should remain smooth and airy.
  • Allow melted chocolate to cool slightly before folding into the cream to prevent deflating.
  • Chill for cleaner and more defined layers.
  • Add fresh strawberry garnish just before serving for best appearance.
