  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 2 cups plain full fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup granola

Instructions

  1. Place the bowl of your ice cream maker in the freezer ahead of time according to the manufacturer instructions.
  2. In a blender, puree the fresh strawberries until smooth.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the strawberry puree, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until fully blended and smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture into the chilled ice cream maker bowl.
  5. Churn for 20 to 25 minutes until the mixture reaches a soft serve consistency.
  6. Transfer the churned yogurt into a freezer safe container and freeze for 1 to 2 hours to firm up.
  7. Scoop into bowls, sprinkle granola generously on top, and serve immediately.
