Golden crispy chicken tenders coated in crushed cornflakes and finished with a sweet honey drizzle. Perfectly crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside.

  • 1 1/2 pounds chicken tenders
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 3 cups crushed cornflakes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with a wire rack.
  2. Season chicken with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Place flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in another, and crushed cornflakes in a third bowl.
  4. Dredge chicken in flour, dip in egg, then coat in cornflakes.
  5. Arrange on rack, brush with olive oil, and bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  6. Drizzle honey over hot tenders before serving.

Notes

  • Do not crush cornflakes too finely.
  • Ensure chicken reaches 165°F internally.
  • Reheat leftovers in oven to maintain crispiness.
