A cozy and comforting Crockpot Ravioli Lasagna made with layers of ravioli, rich meat sauce, and gooey cheese, all slow-cooked to perfection for an easy weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 25 ounces frozen cheese ravioli
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 24 ounces marinara sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 15 ounces ricotta cheese
  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Handful of fresh basil, chopped

Instructions

  1. Lightly spray your crockpot with nonstick cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef with onion and garlic until browned. Stir in marinara sauce and Italian seasoning.
  3. Spread a thin layer of meat sauce at the bottom of the crockpot.
  4. Add a layer of ravioli, followed by ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, and sauce. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with cheese on top.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours until the ravioli are tender and cheese is melted.
  6. Sprinkle with fresh basil just before serving.
  7. Scoop generous portions and enjoy.

Notes

  • Use a thick marinara sauce to avoid a watery lasagna.
  • Freshly grated mozzarella melts better than pre-shredded.
  • Let the lasagna rest 10 minutes before serving for best results.
