Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 oz medium pasta shells
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef in a skillet with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Drain and transfer to crockpot.
  2. Add beef broth, milk, ranch seasoning, and cream cheese to the crockpot. Stir gently to combine.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2.5 hours, stirring occasionally.
  4. Boil pasta shells separately until just al dente. Drain and add to the crockpot.
  5. Stir in shredded cheddar and chopped parsley. Cover and cook for another 5–10 minutes until cheese melts.
  6. Serve hot with extra cheese or parsley if desired.

Notes

  • Use freshly shredded cheese for better melting.
  • Stir occasionally during cooking for even texture.
  • Let rest before serving to thicken sauce.
