These crispy tortilla pizza chips are a quick and crunchy twist on classic pizza flavors, topped with seasoned sauce, melted mozzarella, and fresh herbs. Perfect for snacking, parties, or an easy weeknight treat.

Ingredients

  • 4 medium flour tortillas, about 8 inches each
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup diced tomatoes, seeds removed
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley or basil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, mix pizza sauce, oregano, garlic powder, and salt until combined.
  3. Brush both sides of each tortilla lightly with olive oil and place flat on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Spread a thin layer of seasoned sauce over each tortilla. Sprinkle evenly with mozzarella cheese and scatter diced tomatoes on top.
  5. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the edges are golden and crisp.
  6. Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley or basil.
  7. Let cool slightly, cut into triangles, and serve warm.

  • Do not overcrowd the baking sheet to ensure even baking.
  • For extra crunch, pre-bake the oiled tortillas for 3 minutes before adding toppings.
