Thin and crispy tortilla wedges topped with marinara, melted mozzarella, and classic pizza toppings. These crispy tortilla pizza chips are a quick and easy snack packed with bold pizza flavor in every crunchy bite.

  • 4 medium flour tortillas (about 8 inches each)
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes, seeded
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the marinara sauce with dried oregano and garlic powder until combined.
  3. Lightly brush both sides of each tortilla with olive oil.
  4. Spread a thin layer of the seasoned sauce over each tortilla. Sprinkle mozzarella evenly on top, then add diced tomatoes and sliced black olives.
  5. Cut each tortilla into 6 equal wedges using a pizza cutter or knife.
  6. Arrange the wedges in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the edges are golden and crisp.
  8. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes so they firm up before serving.

Notes

  • Use a thin layer of sauce to prevent soggy chips.
  • Do not overcrowd the baking sheet for even crisping.
  • Allow the chips to cool slightly before serving for maximum crunch.
  • Reheat in a 350 degrees F oven for 3 to 4 minutes to restore crispiness.
