Juicy smashed beef with crispy onions and melted cheddar wrapped in a golden toasted tortilla.
- 500 grams ground beef
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 4 cheddar cheese slices
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ cup burger sauce
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Heat a large skillet over medium high heat.
- Divide ground beef into 4 balls.
- Place beef on skillet, top with sliced onions, and smash thin.
- Season with salt and pepper and cook 2 to 3 minutes until crispy.
- Flip, add cheese, and cook 1 to 2 minutes until melted.
- Place beef onto tortilla, add sauce, fold tightly.
- Toast seam side down until golden and crisp.
