Juicy smashed beef with crispy onions and melted cheddar wrapped in a golden toasted tortilla.

Ingredients

  • 500 grams ground beef
  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 4 cheddar cheese slices
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ cup burger sauce
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium high heat.
  2. Divide ground beef into 4 balls.
  3. Place beef on skillet, top with sliced onions, and smash thin.
  4. Season with salt and pepper and cook 2 to 3 minutes until crispy.
  5. Flip, add cheese, and cook 1 to 2 minutes until melted.
  6. Place beef onto tortilla, add sauce, fold tightly.
  7. Toast seam side down until golden and crisp.

Notes

  • Use high heat for crispy edges.
  • Toast wrap to seal properly.
