- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko for extra crunch)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 12 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley (for garnish)
- Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken breasts for 4–5 minutes per side, until golden and cooked through. Set aside.
- In a large saucepan, melt butter and sauté minced garlic for 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream, stirring until warm. Gradually whisk in Parmesan cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Toss the cooked fettuccine in the Alfredo sauce until fully coated.
- Slice the crispy chicken and place it on top of the sauced pasta.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
