Crispy Chicken Alfredo Fettuccine

Crispy Chicken Alfredo Fettuccine is a comforting pasta dish featuring golden, crunchy chicken served over creamy Alfredo-coated fettuccine. It’s the ultimate mix of crispiness and velvety richness.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 large chicken breasts, butterflied and pounded thin
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko for extra crunch)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 12 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken breasts for 4–5 minutes per side, until golden and cooked through. Set aside.
  5. In a large saucepan, melt butter and sauté minced garlic for 1 minute.
  6. Pour in heavy cream, stirring until warm. Gradually whisk in Parmesan cheese until smooth and creamy.
  7. Toss the cooked fettuccine in the Alfredo sauce until fully coated.
  8. Slice the crispy chicken and place it on top of the sauced pasta.
  9. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use panko breadcrumbs for an extra crispy crust.
  • Grate your own Parmesan for the creamiest sauce.
  • Don’t overcook the chicken to keep it juicy inside.
