Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons whole milk
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl, add the milk, salt, and black pepper, then whisk until fully combined.
  2. Place a nonstick skillet over low heat and add the butter, letting it melt slowly without browning.
  3. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet once the butter is melted.
  4. Stir gently and continuously with a spatula, scraping the bottom of the pan to form soft curds.
  5. Remove the pan from heat while the eggs are still slightly glossy and softly set.
  6. Serve immediately while warm and creamy.

Notes
