This Creamy One-Pan Chicken & Broccoli Pasta is the ultimate comfort food made easy — packed with tender chicken, crisp broccoli, and a rich, garlicky Parmesan sauce, all in just one skillet.

Ingredients

  • Pasta: 8 ounces (about 2½ cups dry)
  • Chicken Breast: 2 medium, diced
  • Broccoli Florets: 2 cups
  • Heavy Cream: 1 cup
  • Parmesan Cheese: ½ cup, freshly grated
  • Garlic: 3 cloves, minced
  • Olive Oil: 2 tablespoons
  • Chicken Broth: 2 cups
  • Salt: 1 teaspoon
  • Black Pepper: ½ teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add olive oil and let it warm up.
  2. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Cook until golden and cooked through, then remove from pan.
  3. Add garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
  4. Add dry pasta to the skillet. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer uncovered for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Add broccoli during the last 4 to 5 minutes of pasta cooking. Stir gently.
  6. Once pasta is al dente and liquid mostly absorbed, return chicken to the pan and stir in Parmesan cheese.
  7. Mix until sauce thickens and coats the pasta. Serve warm with extra Parmesan and pepper.
