  • 2 slices thick-cut milk bread (1.5 inches thick)
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • Powdered sugar (optional, for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven or toaster oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Melt the butter and prepare ice cream and honey for topping.
  3. Place bread slices on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Score the tops of the bread in a criss-cross pattern and brush with melted butter.
  5. Toast in the oven for 10–12 minutes until golden and crisp.
  6. Transfer to a serving plate, top with ice cream, and drizzle with honey.
