Cottage Cheese Chips are crispy, savory, protein-packed snacks made from baked cottage cheese and seasonings. Perfect for guilt-free munching, dipping, or topping salads.

Ingredients

  • Cottage Cheese: 1 cup (small curd, well-drained)
  • Salt: 1/4 teaspoon
  • Black Pepper: 1/8 teaspoon
  • Garlic Powder: 1/4 teaspoon
  • Paprika: 1/4 teaspoon
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese (optional): 2 tablespoons

Instructions

  1. Preheat Your Equipment: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine Ingredients: Drain cottage cheese in a fine mesh strainer for 5–10 minutes. In a bowl, mix cottage cheese with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and Parmesan if using.
  3. Prepare Your Cooking Vessel: Spoon tablespoon-sized mounds of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing about 2 inches apart.
  4. Assemble the Dish: Flatten each mound slightly with the back of a spoon for even cooking.
  5. Cook to Perfection: Bake for 20–25 minutes until edges are golden and centers are set.
  6. Finishing Touches: Let chips cool completely on the baking sheet to crisp up.
  7. Serve and Enjoy: Eat plain or with dips like salsa, guacamole, or hummus.

Notes

  • Drain thoroughly for crispier chips.
  • Use small curd cottage cheese for best texture.
