1 cup rolled oats, finely ground
1 teaspoon baking powder

3/4 cup warm water
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine cornmeal, finely ground oats, baking powder, and salt.
Add olive oil and gradually pour in warm water, mixing until a soft dough forms.
Roll the dough between two sheets of parchment paper to about 1/8 inch thick. Cut into desired shapes and transfer to the baking sheet. Prick each cracker with a fork.
Bake for 18 to 20 minutes until edges are lightly golden and centers are firm.
Cool completely on a wire rack before serving to ensure crisp texture.
