Instructions

  1. Lay out the two slices of bread on a clean cutting board.
  2. If using spreads, lightly coat each slice with mayonnaise or butter.
  3. Place the cheese slices evenly on one slice of bread.
  4. Add lettuce or tomato if desired.
  5. Top with the second slice of bread and press gently.
