A creamy and refreshing coconut apple smoothie made with fresh apple, coconut milk, and coconut water. Naturally sweet, lightly tropical, and ready in just 10 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 large fresh apple, cored and chopped
  • 1 cup full fat coconut milk
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut water
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add coconut milk and coconut water to the blender first.
  2. Add chopped apple, fresh lemon juice, honey if using, and ice cubes.
  3. Secure the lid and blend on high speed for 45 to 60 seconds until completely smooth.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed, then blend briefly again.
  5. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use a sweet apple variety like Fuji or Gala for best flavor.
  • For a thicker smoothie, add extra ice or half a frozen banana.
  • For a vegan version, replace honey with maple syrup.
