These crispy, juicy chicken patties are packed with flavor and perfect for sandwiches, salads, or a simple weeknight dinner. Easy to make and loved by all!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and add a bit of oil.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together ground chicken, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper until just combined.
  3. Add about 3 tablespoons of oil to your preheated skillet and let it shimmer slightly.
  4. Shape the mixture into equal-sized patties, about ½ inch thick.
  5. Place patties in the skillet, cooking for 4 to 5 minutes per side or until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Once cooked, transfer patties to a plate lined with paper towels to absorb excess oil.
  7. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce, in a sandwich, or alongside a fresh salad.

Notes

  • Use chilled ground chicken for easier shaping.
  • Do not overmix the mixture to keep patties tender.
  • Chill the patties before frying for better shape retention.
  • Cook in batches to prevent overcrowding.
